Work here to be mistreated as an employee. Hire them to be disappointed as a customer.

Cons
Pay isn’t worth what they put you through. Your schedule is subject to change day of (technically 5pm the day prior, however they will demand you do what they want/need even if it goes against your schedule). The company is run like a boys club, with two young friends running it. They play favorites, your work is thankless, and if you aren’t willing to do more than they pay you to do they will shun you. Hostile work environment and will threaten to fire you if you call out for any reason (sounds illegal, right?) Management does not care about employees and has attempted to sue multiple ex employees for reasons beyond the employees’ control. Upon the hiring process, they made a lot of promises that never came to light. Raises do NOT happen as often as they lead you to believe. They ALSO ask current employees to falsely give them good reviews, which just shows how dishonest they are.
