Love the atmosphere - heard some strangeness with job titles and communication

Pros
Loved my team! Loved the office atmosphere and all the in office activities we do! Movora is a new company, but it was beginning to behave like a well-oiled machine.
Cons
Heard some strangeness where job titles would be changed (either technically a promotion or demotion) and not only would the employee not be informed and have to find out a different way, they would not receive any kind of pay raise for what was a silent promotion with increased responsibilities. Didn't happen to me, but be prepared to advocate for yourself I suppose.
