Pros
Mowilex has a very strong and genuine commitment to sustainability and being carbon-neutral. As a process engineer, this is a fantastic challenge, as management actively supports new ideas for waste reduction and process optimization. The work environment is collaborative, and there is a good focus on safety (HSE)
Cons
While the company is innovative in its products, the internal bureaucracy for approving new projects or procuring parts can be quite slow. Career progression for technical specialist roles isn't always clear. Compensation is fair but not the highest in the chemical industry.
