Management has genuinely no idea what they are doing. They struggle to provide feedback in constructive ways, treat staff in incredibly inappropriate ways, and convolute policy on a day to day basis. Not long before I left, the CEO pulled all staff for a meeting so he could throw a temper tantrum about how we weren’t making him enough money and he accused everyone who as ever called out sick for lying and playing hooky instead. I would not recommend employment here unless you desire to feel as though you work for petulant, unintelligent , and gossipy children.

HR who is not properly HR trained. After working at moxie for almost 3 years, i would not recommend them to ANYONE, even my worst enemy, and many current employees are leaving while they still can. They have fired many good senior employees, myself included, for bogus reasons. I am disappointed in the route the company has taken, and i strongly urge anyone looking to apply here to look elsewhere.
