nepotism. middle management is clueless and out of touch. imagine upper management. the product it is known to be garbage among those of us that are making it. the company should implode soon. the COO drove Proterra to the ground, he is doing his best to do the same here. he thinks that an iron fist is a good approach to management and destroyed morale with pips. now nobody cares and we are making a BS product. A totally crappy leader. stay away
