      Pros

      The work is challenging and intellectually stimulating The talent and dedication is unbelievable--knowing you can depend on your colleagues makes all the difference in the world The small business atmosphere creates close-knit teams and makes it feel like everyone has a voice

      Cons

      As others have mentioned, you do need to be self-directed and self-motivated I think this is true of most MR firms, but clients and project teams have varying expectations

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO Almost everyone is ridiculously smart and motivated The quality of work is stellar Work is interesting and you learn a lot about a variety of tech topics They genuinely care about what everyone thinks and want people to be happy with what they’re doing No micro-management

      Cons

      Client-focused work means that you’re always on a deadline (though they are generally reasonable) Because it’s a smaller company there isn’t a lot of room to “move up” There isn’t a lot of hand holding At certain times of year the workload can be heavy

      Smart people, top clients, tech focus

      Cons

      Don't fall for the "unlimited time off," "work remotely" or "flexible hours" pitch. High turnover due to crazy workloads, no training and scattered management. I'm pretty sure some of the other positive reviews are for a different Mozaic Group--to my knowledge there aren't any employees in Bangalore.
