Pros
You work your way up to working on 100% commission. So no hourly pay. This allows for uncapped earnings and if you're good at qualifying a customer for what they actually need you can close a good amount of sales. It also is all warm leads, most people coming in know what they need specifically. There will always be the typical customer that wastes your time. But I'd say 70% of people coming in know what they need and just need help finding it. They are also super good about scheduling time off for you if need it.
Cons
You are responsible for putting stock away however you are not paid for this as it is apart of your 10% commission. You are also responsible for helping people tailor their items they have purchased previously, You also don't get compensated in any way for this, because Mr. Mac offers lifetime alterations for their clothing. Because Some of the management is also on the sales floor sometimes you can get stuck with the less profitable shifts because they will schedule themselves for the majority of those.
