      Pros

      None anymore. People are leaving in droves.

      Cons

      Toxic micromanagement. Growth is aggressively discouraged. Unprofessional, demeaning CEO. It’s not a safe workplace for your own mental health in majority of roles.

      Pros

      Since the founder who was hindering any progress was finally removed, there's a lot of effort put in establishing processes, facilitating communication between teams, and giving everyone the support and space to do the job they were hired to do!

      Cons

      Still some mess to clean up from the previous chaos but we will get there.
