Save yourself the frustration and heartache – look elsewhere for a workplace that values its employees and operates with integrity.
Cons
Worked as a sales executive, Karan (the owner of the company) displayed a complete lack of understanding and empathy for the needs and concerns of the employees. He has no repect for women, It was evident that their focus was solely on their personal agenda, leaving the rest of us feeling undervalued and disregarded. Any attempt to address issues or seek clarification was met with dismissiveness, creating an atmosphere of frustration and powerlessness. His leadership style seemed more geared towards creating a culture of fear rather than one of growth and development. I strongly caution anyone considering joining this company to think twice, as the Karan poor leadership is likely to leave you with an unforgettable and negative experience.
