Pros
Won't give false hopes. There aren't really any pros of working here. One thing for sure, if no other company employs you, Mu Sigma would be your savior. That's what it's been doing recently. People from good colleges do not end up here, IIT K banned Mu Sigma. US banned it for B1 visa and H1B visa.
Cons
Space would be less to fill in this: Long working hours. Incorrect and useless belief system. They do not believe in work life balance. If you believe in having a work life balance, have the guts to say that in front of Dhiraj and he'll shoo you. Managers are very much government types. Mu Sigma has some of the worst managers. They charge money for everything, they force employees to stay in Mu Sigma without their will. You can't quit easily. That's the catch, you can get in Mu Sigma very easily but getting out of there is a pain. A big Pain. And don't fall for their onsite goli, they do not send anyone now, they are banned from doing visas now. Only L1 which they can only when you've spent 4 years in the company. Other than that, other areas are doomed, and not grwoing.. Btw, did I mention, it's going to shut down soon. Wait & watch!
