Pros
Great developers, very nice funclub, good friends to have. Very good technology stack. Good ambitions.
Cons
Very less exposure to outside world. Women cannot work here. Politics between senior heads. Bad Management, one person does most of the decision making. Senior respected figures have left. Bad salaries, worst cost cutting procedures. very low benefits, increments, no bonus. Inadequate support for developers, poor hardware cost cutting all around, due to one man's decisions. Director oversees just listening to his pets. Will pay according to the university you came from, even then well below average. Will hire people from long distance, since they tend to stay in the office more for low salaries.
