Pros
There are some genuinely talented and capable individuals working here. Unfortunately, their contributions are rarely recognised, and they are often taken advantage of when it comes to pay, hours worked, and unrealistic expectations. Many people go above and beyond, only to receive little in return.
Cons
The culture is toxic and chaotic, driven by weak leadership and a lack of clear direction. Intimidation is used to silence anyone who questions decisions or raises concerns. Speaking up or suggesting improvements often results in being labelled “negative” or “difficult,” which discourages open discussion and accountability. Promises around bonuses and pay rises are frequently made but rarely delivered, adding to distrust and low morale. Staff turnover is extremely high, with redundancies used as a first response to challenges rather than addressing underlying problems.
