you gotta be a GRADE A immature person to even get to fit in and become one of the guys cause that's what they are all there is a bunch of sad individuals who rather not share there experiences of working on certain cars/ trucks unless you where younger than they where

Time and a half over 40, vacation, owner will give you the shirt off his back if you're hard working and honest, good connections and hook ups
Cons
60 hours, basically mandatory. Say goodbye to the doctor, dentist, friends, family, summer, vacations- you are at work every day except Sunday, 8-6. So during breakfast, lunch, and dinner- but no lunch. If you catch the manager on a good day you might be able to go get food, but don't hold your breath. There is always something to be done, no down time at all
