      Had some great clients to work with - good starter job to get a year under your belt - if you can last

      Cons

      Leadership is on pedestal - they are clueless to what you actually do or what it takes - no room to advance - salary caps out and is minimum - always working - your just a working slave - say that you have creative freedom but limit your success. Micromanaging Constantly -

      Full-time positions, plenty of work to be done, benefits, and the admin ladies are very kind and willing to help.

      Cons

      There is very high turnover, unfortunately it is not acknowledged by middle or upper Management.
