- You start feeling overwhelmed because of the workload. You are a one man team managing work for the entire Mukuru Group. - There are NO processes and structures in place. You will receive instructions from everyone AND they will tell you how to do your job. - Extremely high employee turnover that is not normal for any company that has been running for 20 years! They will ask you to be patient with them and walk the journey with them. - Older employees view the new hires as threats. Good luck getting them to show you the ropes without subtle jabs at how long you’ve been in the workforce and how incompetent you are. - No medical aid and no retirement, working there will send you to an early grave + mental health issues. Please choose wisely.
