      Good processes and better perks are provided to the ones whom management loves. Other that that everything goes in Cons

      - Worst co-workers to work with - Politics, politics and politics - No training to newbies or juniors - No support from management or your managers (I must say!) - Managers doesn't do anything, rely on juniors/ associates and expects wonders - May lie to save themselves
