1. Senior Leadership is not efficient 2. Extreme internal politics and favoritism 3. Feeling of inferiority complex if you work better than your seniors (only good on the face) . They will bring you down to their level and squash you with their experience down there 4. Need to learn and work on team building skills. Instead of gossiping and bringing people down
