      Pros

      * Company Is OK but not good. * HR staff is nice. * Salary on time.

      Cons

      * Do not know how to deal with employee. * Not having a good work culture. * Working environment is not do good for employee as MD start dealing with BD team after 6 PM and go on till 9 or 10 PM during bidding time.

      -Good Projects and Exposure because of that (mostly Govt projects ) -9-6 Job -If salary is not an issue than fun to work at

      Cons

      -Both entry and exit of employee is difficult due to current HR policies -Average work Environment (Neither very Energetic Nor very dull) -Leave perks very less
