      You will get paid and pretty stick to schedule, and get off work on time. If you dont have any ambition or ask for any challenge, it is a good company to work until retirement.

      Cons

      Old-fashioned management style—just follow instructions. Even if you have a better method to improve the situation, it likely won’t be accepted.
