lack of leadership from owner and upper level management. Just another "me too" company trying to sell cheap knockoff pumps, valves and fittings. Nothing innovative here. Free thinking is not on their agenda nor is it welcomed. Total lack of forward thinking. Management talks a good game, but does nothing about it. When sales decline, salesmen just throw up their hands and upper management says "everyone lost interest" instead of telling sales people they have to sell product A or B. No quotas or accountability.
