They don't listen and respect employees. They see people only as a number. Toxic environment to work. Lack of communication within the Business.

The management have no clue what they are doing and all the key ones with all the knowledge left when the new MD took over. The new MD is from a huge corporate company who believed cutting knowledge for cheaper staff was the answer - then came the hundreds and hundreds of complaints. Went from making right 1st time to right 4,5,6th time if we were lucky. They took away the canteen, made loads of staff redundant and all the decent people left, retired or got 'let go' with handshakes. If you have passion or a drive to be the 'best' dont say anything - they will ignore you or just let you go.
