Most onsite teams work really well together and encourage one another.
Cons
No support from upper management. They talk like they’re gonna do so much to support us but we aren’t seeing it. Almost everyone in the company came from the same company.

Working with Murn Management for nearly four years has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From the very beginning, I’ve felt genuinely valued and supported and not just as an employee, but as a person. What stands out most is how much this company invests in its people. There’s a strong sense of purpose here, and it’s clear that the company is not only growing, but doing so with intention and integrity. Being part of a fast growing, dynamic company can feel overwhelming at times, especially for those who prefer a more predictable or slower-paced environment. Change happens quickly, expectations can evolve, and you’re often pushed outside of your comfort zone. That said, if you’re open to the challenge, it becomes less of a drawback and more of an opportunity. It’s an environment that can truly accelerate your career, expose you to a wide range of experiences, and give you the chance to be part of something meaningful as the company continues to grow.
