- One must juggle multiple types of classes while handling admin work at the same time - Burnout from back to back classes - Low salary that comes with huge amount of workload - no 13 month bonus , only performance bonus - not much work life balance

1. Nature of job is stressful - Need to multitask alot for this role (Teach, do alot alot of admin work like evaluation, print certs, also cover other teacher's classes where sometimes last min notice so quite frustrating, help events, prepare for school concerts - sometimes all happening at one go - can be stressful & affect worklife balance) 2. Training given seems not full as new teachers already go out to teach even before training ends due to manpower shortage. 3. Sometimes can be tiring to travel to different sch everyday, esp if schools given are far away from home.
