Pros

Free breakfast Free company products

Cons

Lack of planning for workloads as a team and is very much a 'what management says goes' culture. Threatened with your job if you do not make deadlines. Expected to work 'unpaid' overtime to meet 'unrealistic' deadlines. Feel like you're being setup to fail by management. Fully office based is very outdated (for this specific role) and feels more like management don't trust their employees to do their jobs.

Pros

The only pro was the limited but free canned drink vending machine

Cons

So many to list... I can't mark it lower than 1 star. The company puts on a 'social media front' but is so poorly run you wouldn't believe. A few are listed below, Inability to adapt to change Customer dissatisfaction daily Ineffective communication Poor decision-making from the man in charge of 'everything' a Mr Rob Knight Such high turnover rate within the warehouse and customer service, back office not so much but looks to be a lack of career movement Low employee morale and engagement - mandatory social events 'We are a family' My experience at this company has turned me off any product they will ever offer/make us sell. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Maybe look on Wish or Temu instead?

Pros

Great benefits, free car cleaning, free drinks, multiple social events per year, pay was great.

Cons

There was a clear lack of communication whilst I worked for this company. In my first month I had a 1-1 and some issues were highlighted, I worked to flatten out these issues over the next couple of months. Then on my 3 month probation review I was told it wasn't working out and I was being let go. Between that first meeting and the last I had a weekly 1-1 with my line manager and nothing was mentioned that would have indicated anything was wrong. I worked hard for the company, I wanted to succeed. Clearly the company management didn't feel the same about me.
