Honestly, there were none. Can’t even say a steady paycheck bc the checks were always late
Cons
Management , owners didn’t know how to run a business and there was zero training. They made so many promises just to end up sourcing the jobs out of country and shut down an entire office leaving us stranded after we stuck by their side through thick and thin. Our paychecks were late so many times and we still stuck it out with them just to have our jobs given to over seas.
