Pros
-You get to work with great brands sometimes -People are nice to work with, but have no idea how horrible management is
Cons
-Those brands that you love, will change your perspective since they are so particular -Internally, the company as a whole is a huge mess (creative team is constantly changing their people) -Barely pay their vendors, temp staff, and full time staff on time -Management is horrible, and will never change their ways since they rather run from their problems than face them -Constantly traveling to run away from their problems -The times that they are busy they will work you like a dog until you can't walk anymore, you would work every day and won't even pay you overtime (pretty sure it's illegal in NY State Law)
