Wonder if the owner is blind or ever think about the people around him (managers) Several silent misconducts People at the top are not really skillful and expert in certain field, thus easily will trust manipulative managers. If this company really have money, they should consider hire independent internal auditor than hire many directors and managers. KPI reports dont actually represent actual condition of low level workers. This is local family business after all, so dont expect much if the managers are all seeing the company as stepping stone only.
