If you don't want to go above and beyond it's OK. The company will just let you go. No hard feelings. All employee purges to date have, of course, been amicable and not at all backhanded.

Snacks in the office, coworkers make the job more enjoyable

Cons

Prepare to have no job security. People are fired left and right and everyone is worried about getting let go on any given day. Company direction changes once a week. Professionalism by upper management is very poor. Benefits were bad for a tech start up. By far the worst job I have had.
