Staff are extremely underpaid, some lower then minimum wage when calculating there contracted hrs with salary. They take advantage of staff and make you feel like something optional is compulsary or you will loose your job, e.g coming in on weekends without pay or time back. Huge turnover of staff. Management are very undecisive, change what they plan within minutes. Supporting staff are not treated well or appreciated, there is no structure

There is no management, no HR department, your job title gets changed around several times, you get seated somewhere different every 2 weeks. People get dismissed under no explanation. Many people coming in and out, working for a day or two then leaving due to no training or work been given. Too many drama and gossip going along, people are told not to speak to each other or be friends for some reason. Every hour unnecessary meetings are made- keeping you lose track of work. Not recommended at all.
