Far too many to list. Their onboarding is all over the place, it's not organized and leads to confusion. There are two people who run this company, one who calls herself the CEO and her underling who micro manages you to almost total lunacy. There are no benefits provided. You will be note taking and those notes need to be beyond perfect, if you have the attitude of a real sales person and go into this with confidence, you will be beaten down very quickly. These two people can not be pleased and they let you know. Daily. Minute by minute. I really was hopeful starting out here, but my self image, confidence and self worth were diminished day by day to the point where you just give up. I would sincerely consider any job offer from this company closely and I encourage other past employees to share on here. The CEO may come across as scary but she can't hide from the truth.

Nothing drastic. If you are anxious about speaking to strangers it might not be the right choice, but as stated above they have a very supportive leadership structure.
