      Good (not great) product with egotistical managers

      Pros

      Good product, has possibility to be great, seems to place employees on their ability to be self important.

      Cons

      Has a generic product with nothing special to offer (hence the "good" rating). Manager here in North America had some ego problems. Didnt know how to sell. Didnt know how to manage. Thought it was bizarre that most Americans had never heard of their product. They hired a Canadian to help with theirUSA sales. I hope that works but does show a lack of understanding of the American people.

      Pros

      I was working for several corporate companies in the last twenty years, MyQ is my fifth employer. I have been working here for one and half year and I can say that MyQ seems to be the best employer I ever had. It is because of the informal family atmosphere, friendly management and co-workers, modern office with no open space, fair salary I get. I simply enjoy working here.

      Cons

      The working dynamics is far faster than in corporate companies. Actually it is not a CONS, but for some people it can be stressful.
