      From what I experienced, none. If you're considering applying for a position here, I recommend looking for other companies to work for instead.

      Cons

      I couldn't stand working for Myant because of how chaotic and dysfunctional it was! The company lacked structure; the management had no idea what it was doing, communication was a mess, roles weren't clearly defined and often overlapped with one another, expectations were vague, support wasn't provided to employees, etc. Working here felt like walking through fog at times...

      We have great equipment and facilities here.

      Cons

      Myant has most of the things that can help with our job. The facilities and equipment here are great, and my co-worker are supporting and competent. Unfortunately, we are under a poor leadership is terrible and inefficient, and it's probably because they aren't even trying at all. Our leaders just dump a bunch of tasks on us without guiding us.

      I have nothing positive to say about Myant. Working here feels like one of the worst decisions I have ever made in my career.

      - The company is completely lacking structure - Leadership and management appear directionless and unsure of what they are doing. - Expectations are unclear. - Roles are poorly defined. - Communication is weak. - Priorities shift constantly without reason. - It feels like daily confusion is the norm, and anyone working here is left dealing with nonstop frustration.
