      Pros

      Company is virtual based and remote.

      Cons

      C level manage is absolutely terrible. Only cares about expanding and making money. Does not care about clients and patients. If they were to be audited by CMS, they would be shut down. Oh and the app does not even work!!

      Pros

      The pay is what initially drew me to this job. Healthcare has always been my thing and it was exciting to embark on an innovative way to improve health population. Being able to travel and work remote.

      Cons

      I feel as if Jose Torres charms physicians into being stuck with Mydayda for a couple of years and shields himself with his employees when his product/software isn’t working properly. I was overworked, often undermined and thrown under the bus. For this company to be an advocate for healthcare they surely didn’t extend any care to a fellow employee during a time of illness.

      Pros

      Work is remote and can be done easily from home. Saves me some gas money. I like my co workers.

      Cons

      Theres a 90 waiting period for medical benefits, or so they said because it got extended again. CEO is green and changes his mind on a whim. Some actions are shady and cant really give good explanation of billing. Managers are green and no experience so its still a mess and things changes everyday. Forcibly changed our job description overnight anf if we didnt do as they said, the managers said not to bother clockin in.
