The team is genuinely one of the best things about working here. People are collaborative, smart, and actually care about the work. The mission around education feels meaningful, it comes through in day-to-day decisions.
Cons
Like any startup or scaleup, things move fast and processes are still maturing. If you need everything to be perfectly defined, it can take some adjustment, but for the right person that's part of the appeal and opportunity.
