      Remote can present some challenges but surpassed with great planning, async tools such as slack and leveraging zoom when required

      Pros

      Awesome people and exciting project. Loving coming into the office each day. The benefits are great with a lot of opportunities for growth within the company. I am managing a large pipeline of opportunities which is exciting.

      Cons

      Being a new company there are often hard deadlines to meet, meaning more hours in the office. But all in all there is a good work life balance.
