      It’s a fast paced environment where you have the opportunity to learn a lot from your peers.

      Cons

      Micro management doesn’t allow people to be fully responsible and indipendent in the decision making process. Almost everything has to be shared and approved by top management. Moreover there’s a quite extensive lack of communication, from top management to all functions, and so across teams with a great impact on daily activities.
