      Very empathetic and approachable leadership, including the founder and HR team. Team members are trusted with real ownership and responsibility. A fast-learning environment where you can take initiative and build things from scratch. Contributions and efforts are recognised.

      Cons

      At times there can be a lot of initiatives and ideas being implemented simultaneously, which can make prioritisation challenging. As the company grows, some processes and structures are still evolving.
