      Pros

      The Management in Training Program is a wonderful program that produces extremely talented young managers. Wine Program is also great.

      Cons

      Upper Management consists of out dated, miserable, and irrational figures who are driving the company into the ground. They offer bare minimum wages and treat their entire staff like they are expendable ingrates.
