Cons
They treat maintenance staff like trash. The entire crew worked at 1099 contractors with the agreement that after 90 days of probationary period you become a real W2 employee with benefits. They worked everyone much longer than that as 1099 and once the busy summer turns at Temple were over, where we all worked 10-12 hour days for two weeks straight, no OT of course because we are 1099, they fired half the techs and told the rest of us we couldn't be made W2 employees, but "keep up the good work" Anyway, I found a new job and quit that next week.
