      - Small and tight engineering team - Good vibes - Lots of opportunities to discuss and improve stuff - Challenges - Just the right amount of pressure

      Sometimes there is some boring bureaucracy to follow (I guess that's normal on any healthcare company?)

      - Everybody can have an impact at many levels on the product development and everybody's opinion is considered. - Lots of people from many different countries, cultures and viewpoints

      Cons

      - Freedom comes with responsibilities, it's not everyone who wants to take responsibilities by themselves. - Some people might find it harder to adapt to growing companies where focus can shift quickly.

      Basically a waste of time, not professional, not much to learn, no clear vision, serious internal conflicts.
