      If you are lucky you might get to know 1 or 2 nice persons, but the turnover is quite high.

      Cons

      Basically a waste of time, not professional, not much to learn, no clear vision, serious internal conflicts.

      - Freedom comes with responsibilities, it's not everyone who wants to take responsibilities by themselves. - Some people might find it harder to adapt to growing companies where focus can shift quickly.
