They treat you like garbage. If you aren’t one of the favorites, you’re not going to be treated fairly. We aren’t even allowed to have our cellphones on our person. Either we lock them up in our toolbox or our cars. If we are caught with them, it’s a day off no pay. The pay is crap and we have infrequent pay raises. I got a raise once for $0.10 an hour.
