Pros
There are some really kind great people that work here. It's also relatively stable.
Cons
- Low pay (raises are often less than $1 per hour). You'd be lucky to make 45k here - Ayelet (the owner) is a disgusting human. She's rude, racist, yells at employees and makes derogatory comments all the time. - Ayelet will make you come in on the weekend of the in office meetings when the sales reps are in town and not pay you for your time yet it's mandatory. - Ayelet will refuse your PTO even though you earned it.
