Upper management is wonderful. This is a growing industry.
Cons
Lower management like back office supervisor are horrible. Full of jealously and will stump your growth. Extremely unprofessional and don’t even meet the requirements to be in the position. Will inappropriately text you. Try to fire you when you’ve done their job several times and better than them at that.
1. Pretty cool coworkers.
2. Can make decent money on the B2B side.
Cons
1. Company structure requires you to use your own recourses without compensation. (ie own car, gas, ect.)
2. Mandatory time in the office even though you are not paid hourly.
