      They have good benefits. Weekends and holidays are off.

      Cons

      They make you feel like you're replaceable and they remind you of that during the meetings. Also, there's lots of favoritism. You cannot speak your mind.

      there is a culture of fear and intimidation. upper management lies and manipulates. hipaa is violated. covid protocols were ignored when favorites were affected.
