NCO is a terrible company to work for. I worked for one of their call centers and you want to talk about being the bottom man on the totem pole, well there you'll find it. The pay was terrible and not at all comparable to other companies in the area, management was awful and don't even think human resources will care if you're feeling harassed at work, because they will male you out to be the bad guy and not even swat the wrist of the out of line supervisor.

No Love, Either your in good, or it better be just a temp job. The pay sucks and is hard to explain how we survive on it. Your told from entering that there is alot of room for moving up. If you look like someone that will make the company look good, meaning you look handsome/ cute , well dressed , you really dont need to prove yourself , you will be bumped up to manager. Cars get stolen and broken into , even with our 5 security guards working the site. Our systems are constantly having problems , so its hard to actually be able to work. Its like highshool all over again.
