Ncr Atleos lies about level of responsibility and duties during the interview. They lie about the benefits they offer. After they get you to work for them, they just increase your duties and tasks indefinitely without any compensation. They break the laws especially safety laws. My advise is record everything they say, starting from the interview. Voice record all the meetings with managers, HR, team memebers. Voice record your communication with your colleagues because the company turns to your colleagues and rely on them to make nonesense about you just to build a file against you to fire you if you start asking them to respect the laws and the employment contract. For all CEs out there, [customer engineers] you have a false sense of safety and security. Ever since the customer service representatives were moved over to Serbia, the customer engineers in the USA and Canada are not safe. Your libes are in danger. The agents are not able to call the police for you when you're being robbed because of geographical, software and technological reasons. Your life ain't worth anything to them when they are saving big bucks on cheap labor abroad.
