I've been working at NCS, and one of the things I truly appreciate is the strong emphasis on culture and balance. The company actively fosters a positive and inclusive environment where camaraderie is encouraged, and work-life balance is more than just a phrase. We've had events that bring colleagues, friends, and even family together and those moments really highlight how much stronger and more connected we are when there’s space for both work and play. Leadership supports this mindset, and it genuinely feels like a place where you can bring your whole self to work and grow within a supportive team.
Cons
That said, while the social and team-building events are a great part of the culture, they might not suit everyone’s preferences or availability. Also, during particularly busy periods, it can sometimes be challenging to maintain the right balance between fun and focus but with the right mindset and support, it’s something you can manage.
