- small teams and quite friendly - flexible hours on demand - management is responsive - great place to get started in this industry - close to city center and public transport
Cons
- very little opportunity for growth even though they say otherwise - bad pay and no benefits - very big turnover so difficult to keep contact with HR - working conditions, depending on what role you have, are critically un-safe
