NETSCOUT reviews about "benefit"

No promotions, pay was decent when I started but hasn't kept up with inflation at all. New hires and even backfills are rare. Feels like a career dead end since the work is mostly on legacy tech. Upper management is mercurial, making us waste time on doomed projects. People/culture outside my department are often difficult to work with.

Not many but salary and benefits not on par with some of the larger US companies

None that I have in my experience.

CEO is actively hostile to workers, demanding a return-to-office and not showing any notable improvements to the company as a result. Company used to offer flexibility for occasional work-from-home opportunities, but has revoked that flexibility. CEO is trying to squeeze out employees due to a refusal to institute layoffs, and is losing good employees. Little to no work life balance.

Lack of caring HR and management team. Employees walking in the door get payed more than long term employees. Management is lacking and set in their ways.

Low Salary and not much to go up

1. Not good paymasters in terms of compensation and benefits.

Follow US calendar for financial close, which means at times at month have to compromise bank holidays and work on UK bank holiday, No formal work performance evaluation and appraisal process. No clear career growth opportunities.

Yearly raises are hit or miss. Not really keeping up with inflation. However, they try for some bonus every year even if that years goals were a miss. Benefits are very competitive.
